Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SubKeep browser extension (“SubKeep”, “Extension”, or “Service”), operated by Stoyan Korudzhiev (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By installing, accessing, or using SubKeep, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not install or use the Extension.

1. Description of the Service

SubKeep is a browser extension designed to enhance the user interface of Google Keep by providing additional label management functionality, including nested labels and related interface enhancements.

SubKeep:

  • Operates entirely within the user’s browser environment;
  • Does not provide cloud-based services;
  • Does not host or store user data on external servers;
  • Does not replicate or replace Google Keep functionality;
  • Interacts solely with content rendered in the user’s browser session.

SubKeep is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with Google LLC. “Google” and “Google Keep” are trademarks of Google LLC.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Extension. By using SubKeep, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Extension complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use SubKeep for lawful personal or business purposes.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Extension, except to the extent permitted by applicable law;
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Extension;
  • Redistribute, sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit the Extension without our prior written consent;
  • Use the Extension in any manner that violates Google’s Terms of Service or applicable law.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by us.

4. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including its design, architecture, source code, structure, and all related intellectual property rights, is owned by Stoyan Korudzhiev and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in the Extension.

All third-party trademarks, including those of Google LLC, remain the property of their respective owners.

5. No Warranties

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability;
  • Fitness for a particular purpose;
  • Non-infringement;
  • Accuracy, reliability, or availability.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Extension will function without interruption or error;
  • The Extension will remain compatible with Google Keep;
  • The Extension will meet your specific requirements.

Use of the Extension is at your sole risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Stoyan Korudzhiev be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data;
  • Loss of business opportunities;
  • Loss of profits;
  • Business interruption;
  • Damages arising from changes to Google Keep’s interface or functionality.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Extension shall not exceed zero (0), as the Extension is provided free of charge.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Extension is to discontinue use and uninstall it.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension or any part thereof at any time, without notice.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Extension.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be made available with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of the Extension after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bulgaria.
