Organize labels and navigate faster

1. 1.Choose Add Label in the SubKeep section to create a root label.
2. 2.Use Add sublabel on an existing branch to place a label beneath it.
3. 3.Expand and collapse branches to keep only the part of the hierarchy you need visible.

• Names are required, case-insensitively unique, and limited to 50 characters.
• Descriptions are optional and limited to 200 characters.
• A predefined color can be added for quicker scanning.

Edit a label to change its name, description, or color. Deleting a parent requires confirmation and moves its direct children to the root instead of deleting them.

1. 1.Select a SubKeep label in the sidebar.
2. 2.SubKeep looks for a native Keep label with the exact same name.
3. 3.When a match exists, Keep opens that native label view and SubKeep remembers the selection.
